Exec-U-Store takes pride in having the most secure records storage facility in Lafayette.  Our facility is a locally owned, standalone structure, not a multi-tenant building.  We are located in a low crime area as well as a no flood zone.  We have advanced 24-hour electronic security with contacts on doors windows and gates.  We also are the only facility in the area that has a second complete 24-hour electronic security system in our vault located inside our Records Center.  Our vault has 10-inch concrete walls and features a double door one way entrance and exit.  We have taken extra measures to keep your most precious information as secure as possible.  Our entire facility is equipped with the most advanced motion detectors and perimeter beams.  We also have a state-of-the-art fire suppression system to protect your records in even the most extreme disaster.  The dry-valve sprinkler system will protect your data and records without the risk of leaking pipes or damaged documents.

 

Above all technological systems, the staff at our facility is the most important component in guaranteeing a secure, confidential, and professional facility.  Our staff had undergone strict employment screening including criminal background checks, drug testing and references checks.  Each employee is bonded, and must sign a confidentiality agreement, and is not limited to be subject to polygraph in the event it is needed.  You as our client would be guaranteed the highest level of care and professionalism in the industry.
